When will my order be disptached?

All confirmed orders will be dispatched within 24 hours. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center. Delivery takes 24 hours in Belgium and 2 to 5 business days for the rest of Europe

What materials are used?

The body is forged from surgical-grade 18/8 stainless steel. The exterior coating is treated with a patented polymer finish, ensuring perfect grip against both heat and cold, as well as maximum durability.

Can I get a refund ?

Yes, absolutely. You have 15 days to request a refund, exchange the item for a different color, or purchase another product from our website. Please note: The bottle must be returned intact, unused, and in its original packaging, exactly as you received it. Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Heat/Cold Compatibility?

Yes, it keeps your drinks cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours thanks to its stainless steel insulation.

Is the magnet compatible with my iPhone?

Yes, the integrated magnetic mount works with all MagSafe-compatible iPhones. For other brands, a magnet is included.
