When will my pre-order ship?

All confirmed pre-orders will be shipped starting June 30th. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely. MERRANI ships to over 17 countries with our premium logistics partners (DHL, FedEx).

What materials are used?

The body is forged from surgical-grade 18/8 stainless steel. The exterior coating is treated with a patented polymer finish, ensuring perfect grip against both heat and cold, as well as maximum durability.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes, you can cancel your pre-order free of charge up to 15 days before the scheduled shipping date by contacting our concierge service. Refund fees may apply.

What is the capacity?

Our bottles are available in 24oz (710ml), perfect for all your activities.

Heat/Cold Compatibility?

Yes, it keeps your drinks cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours thanks to its stainless steel insulation.

Is the magnet compatible with my iPhone?

Yes, the integrated magnetic mount works with all MagSafe-compatible iPhones. For other brands, a magnet is included.
